- Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets for access to the Dora Maar Film Festival, organized by the Dora Maar Cultural Center. - Tickets and Reservations
Tickets are sold online via the website dmff.org. All orders are final and binding once payment has been confirmed. - Prices
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). The Organizer reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Tickets will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of purchase. - Payment
Payment must be made exclusively online by credit card via a secure payment platform. No ticket will be issued without full payment. - Cancellation and Refunds
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the Organizer. In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new announced date. - Site Access and Security
Access to Festival venues requires presentation of a valid ticket.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not complying with security instructions or standards of conduct.
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the event site (non-exhaustive list; decisions by security staff are final):- Pyrotechnic or explosive items, flammable or volatile substances;
- Weapons or similar objects, sharp or blunt instruments;
- Animals of any kind;
- Drones;
- Professional photography or recording equipment (excluding compact cameras, smartphones, or personal camcorders);
- Alcoholic beverages;
- Illegal substances or drugs.
- Image Rights
By attending the Festival, attendees agree to be photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes (advertising, website, social media, etc.) by the Organizer, unless a written objection is submitted in advance. - Program Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, or participants without this giving rise to a refund. - Personal Data
Data collected during booking is used solely for the organization and management of the Festival. It will not be sold or shared with third parties without the participant’s prior consent. - Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those under the jurisdiction of Carpentras, the competent court for the commune of Ménerbes.
